I’m extremely disappointed with the communication and service from management. When it comes to requesting payment, I received repeated calls and messages and was contacted very quickly. However, when I actually needed assistance and tried to get answers about an issue affecting my apartment, my messages were simply ignored. My electricity went off despite my prepaid meter still showing available credit, while neighbouring units had electricity. I also had no water flowing from the hot-water side of my taps. I sent messages asking for assistance and clarification and received no response. I have since made the requested payment and my services are back, but management still has not answered my messages or explained what happened. What I find particularly frustrating is the difference in communication: tenants can be repeatedly contacted when management wants payment, but when a tenant needs assistance or an explanation, getting a response seems to be a completely different story. I understand that payments need to be made and I take responsibility for paying what I owe. My issue is with the poor communication and the way this situation was handled. Tenants should be treated with the same urgency and respect when they need assistance as when management is collecting money. Very disappointing experience.
