Warning to others Be careful before moving here. They make sure you don’t get your deposit back when you move out. Many people, including myself, never received theirs. It seems they profit by keeping people’s deposits. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

DO NOT DO IT!!! Body corporate is trash! They find all ways to not give you back your deposit. The pool is always green! The walls are so thin you can hear you neighbours having fun time!!! They will fine you for noise and not do investigations!!! Imagine R6000 deposit and you get R0. Atrocious behaviour, any damage you have in the unit they won’t fix until it’s your deposit. Every weekend 5-6 people are moving out of this place do not do it!!!

No matter how desperate you are, don’t consider these apartments, I had to move out within a month of moving in, and I didn’t even get my deposit back, cockroach infestations (even after fumigation) apartment smelling filthy, dirty cupboards, etc. upon moving in the apartment was not clean at all, alters were still standing, there was hair on the floor, broken cupboard door handles, dirty shower that I never used. when I complained I was dismissed or sent to someone only for that person to send me elsewhere. Monolith Estates ensured I don’t get my deposit back after giving me an apartment that isn’t habitable. There’s a lady named Charlene, very rude.

WELCOME TO COCKROACH PARADISE... :D If you love cockroaches this is the place for you! *Get ready to wake up in the morning to dead cockroaches in your kettle. *They will even make homes within your appliances to take with you if you ever decide to leave this paradise. *It's truly a wonderful experience chilling on your couch and they join you for your movie night. *One can try any sort of poison or home remedy, you will never get rid of them (but why would you want to, right?). *Cockroaches of all shapes and sizes, even the baby ones which you think may be ants, but nope, they cockroaches. *You will get so accustomed to them that when you visit another property and see a bug in the corner of your eye you will automatically assume its a cockroach but to your disappointment it will be a fly, ant or even a spider. *If you're a midnight snacker you will adore going to the kitchen in the dark because you will be welcomed with at least 15 cockroaches at your feet and on your counters. *Every now and then you will feel a tickle on your leg and it will be one of your pals saying "Hiiiii" :) How sweet

The worst experience, I only stayed 3 months and moved out because of an underground water leak and an unpainted sitting room, I was promised it’ll be fixed a day after moving in but it was 3 months of back and forth following up until I decided it ain’t worth my hard earned money. 1 star is for Charlene because she tried to reply and made promises as for Micheal and estate manager 🚮
