They do construction services after hours, I mean it is 22:02 on a Wednesday evening and someone is busy doing work under your apartment! It's happening everyday and even on weekends. No one warns you about the high level noise before hand, you just get surprised by it everyday. The caretaker is nowhere to be seen. The underneath shops perform constructions non-stop, since the beginning of 2025, It's now November and they never warn people about it. It's exam time now and it is still happening!!! There's no pest control at all, Even if you get pest control company to help your apartment, you wasting time because the whole place needs a pest control system in place!
