The Iron Works is a great building. It is well-run and the security staff are very friendly. It is extremely safe and surprisingly quiet given its central proximity.

Rental Apartment. Mostly Airbnb few restaurants around the apartments. Safe to walk around on opposite the main road. Very noisy during the week
