Small but safe complex. Very well mannaged

Visited a 1 bedroom apartment and it's really spacious compared to the other balwins

Bad service the security are something else very bad attitude

I have sold and rented many units here and i must say, The Isle is Greenstone Hill's most Iconic Estate, set in the "Roundabout" road that leads to the main road, Yet, The entrance is on a quiet and landscaped road. The Isle also has one of the fewest apartments giving it an Exclusive Status. The Estate has a decent fenced off, open play area, jungle gym, Covered Braai area and a Swimming pool. Overall, The Estate is well maintained, quiet and and the apartments are well sized.

Positive: Small, safe, not too crowded and close to shopping centers and other amenities. The neighborhood is safe too especially for someone who enjoys taking walks/jogging in the area. I have gorgeous sunrise views that never miss a beat. Negative: I bought my flat off-plan and when construction was completed in December 2013 I moved in and absolutely loved it. However, there have been issues with leaking from the roof when it rains, and my spare bedroom & kitchen has had multiple leaks and water damage to the walls over the years. It’s been 12 years of reporting this issue and complaining, multiple contractors have come to “fix” the issue yet, they never get it right and 12 years later I’m STILL fighting to get this fixed once and for all. 12 years of increasing levies, flaking walls, breathing in wall dust as an asthmatic, and waking up to wet spots on the bed from a leaky roof, I don’t know what miracle needs to happen for this to finally be over.
