The Junction Apartments Village 1

Hi, this is ridiculous. People are playing music the whole night here at junction 1. We can't even sleep in peace. Where is the security!!

The maintenance of this place horrible we have reported the tap's but no one has came they are even falling out

Junction Apartments please adress an issue relating to the lady in the image who sells hair and scams people your assistance on locating her as she is assumed to be your resident will be appreciated. Thank you

I rented this property from July 3, 2024 to January 31, 2025. According to the contract, the landlord should refund the deposit within 14-21 days after I checked out, but I didn't receive part of the deposit until two months later, and there was no explanation or clear refund schedule. Although I gave advance notice to cancel the lease in accordance with the contract and the house was in good condition, the landlord still failed to refund the deposit in full and failed to provide a reasonable explanation. I hope to remind other tenants to be careful when choosing to rent a house through this evaluation, and I also hope that the landlord can solve the refund problem as soon as possible.

Worst place to ever stay at, Hillbrow to say the least!!! Very unprofessional and expensive for no reason. The place is loud. Management is poor, the maintenance manager is a scammer. We have been robbed our deposit. We found the apartment at a very bad state, walls were dirty, we took pictures and sent to the agent within 7 days on occupation…. Did she ever respond? Zero!!!! When we moved out, they charged us for those things, when we showed them prove, they didn’t consider that… My advise, stay away from The Junction Village!!!!!total disaster
