The Junction Village 3

Junction is the worst apartment anyone can live in, roaches, electricity, staff, mantainance is terrible also they never give back deposit in full. Only agents and show rooms are nice. Do not be deceived the house you will get is not in the standard of what they show you.

This place has potential to be an amazing place to stay, however electricity and utilities are so expensive. They just switched to Smart Matter now. Put in R500 onto their app, just for electricity on the first of this month, today is the 05th, and I probably have R200 left, or less by now. I stay alone. I spend at least 2 days per week out of the house, with only the fridge left running. Monthly utility fee is north of R480…Insane! The estate hasn’t gotten this thing locked. If you are trying to move in here, do it at your own peril!!

My experience with Central Developments has been amazing. The staff were always helpful and professional, and the process of moving in was smooth and well-organized. The complex is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and the environment feels peaceful and welcoming. I truly appreciate the excellent service and communication throughout my stay. Kgomotso Mofokeng's service the agent was outstanding and extremely excellent. She was really going extra mile on her job even willing to assist even when she was on leave and that is a very good trait. Keep up the excellent work.

been here for 3months I would say the inconsistency in their electricity billing is frustrating,you are not charged according to Use they just guess.the day you cook and use geyser your billing might be very low compared to the day you didn't use much,smart matter is a scam,it will push me to leave this place 😡
