The Landmark Apartments (Old Address)

My experience has been good so far. The convenience of having a gym in the complex and a shopping centre not far has been very pleasant. Since moving in, I’ve been assisted with the things I had said I needed fixed/provided. Even on the day of moving in, I got treated with respect and everything was done with efficiency. It’s only been a month since staying at The Landmark and I can’t really complain about my stay.

I have had a wonderful experience living in this estate. From the day I moved in, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They are always willing to help, respond promptly to any queries or concerns, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their attentiveness and positive attitude have made settling into my new home a pleasant experience. It is reassuring to know that there is a team that genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in providing excellent service. Thank you to the entire staff for your dedication and hard work. Your kindness and commitment do not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you do. I would happily recommend this estate to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

I would like to commend the excellent service provided by Musa, the Residence Manager. I experienced an issue with my geyser, and Musa ensured that the problem was attended to promptly and efficiently. While he was in my apartment, he also noticed that my bathroom tap was not functioning properly. Without any request from me, he arranged for the maintenance team to fix the issue. He later followed up with me to confirm that everything had been resolved satisfactorily. Despite the inconvenience of having a non-working geyser, I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to service shown by Musa. It’s been really great staying at The Landmark. Musa Shikwambana is one of the people that makes it pleasant to stay here. With every and any problem that arises, he ensures it gets sorted out on a timely manner. A very proactive and friendly person who really goes the extra mile. Love it
