Very small, expensive, loud neighbors, terrible communication from leasing agent (LettingWorx).

Really pretty appartments and nice young professional vibe on a quiet road.

Lovely place and in the perfect location , but the neighbors are not it. Not even worth buying an investment here since they will drive it into the ground. If you want peace , privacy and community you will not find it here.

It is a nice apartment block and it is very nicely situated, the food lovers, Spur and MacDonalds is within easy walking distance. The basement parking is really a great feature. Most people here are great and friendly. Unfortunately there is almost no sound isolation in these flats, so if someone makes any noise, it carries... If you live in the ground flats, you will hear the people in the corridor or above you, even when they are being considerate. The high ceilings are also nice at first, until you realise you have to clean the windows and blinds, several metres above you.
