Risky to visit during/after rains , as the tiles are always flooded, tiling is not angled toward the drains, causing flooding and high risk of injuries.

Still new , need a lot of finishing touches done. Another sad part is there are no elevators. Elderly poeple won't survive those stair casees to the top level.
