I just viewed it, to be honest, I am very surprised and pleased. Thank you guys and builders for the effort you put into the homes! They're worth the price!🙏🏻

This is an exquisite estate. I love the designs and the mix of face brick and plaster. Bathrooms are modern an spacious.

UPDATED: I appreciate that the water supply was restored. However, the restoration of the water does not address the main concerns raised in my review. The water disconnection was one example of a much broader situation that owners have been trying to address. We have made repeated efforts to engage constructively through meetings, emails, follow-ups and requests for supporting information. Despite this, a number of significant matters remain outstanding and, as owners, we do not feel that our concerns are being adequately heard or addressed. These concerns include utility billing and transparency, municipal accounts, governance, infrastructure, service delivery, development timelines and the continued delay of the Inaugural Meeting. I appreciate that some of these matters involve third parties and cannot necessarily be resolved immediately. What owners are asking for is clear and transparent communication, clarity regarding who is responsible for outstanding matters, realistic timelines where possible, and meaningful outcomes from the meetings that continue to take place. Unfortunately, from my experience, many of the same matters continue to be discussed without reaching clear resolution. I sincerely hope the broader concerns raised by owners will now receive the same level of attention as the immediate restoration of the water supply.
