These people are really bad they sold me a dream and then later come back and tell me I shouldhav read the agreement yet I clearly told asked them before signing if I could cancel the lease agreement and they agreed. This service is the worst I wouldn't recommend anyone to come live at this place

stayed at The Ox from 2023 to March 2025, and I want to share my experience to warn others. The security at this place is very poor. They allow people to enter the building without proper checks, and these strangers even end up packing in your parking spot. When I raised the issue, they assured me the person would be clamped, but nothing was done. My car ended up being scratched, and when I reported it, no one took any action. When I moved out, they charged me a deposit of R3,140 from R6199.00 for things like cleaning and painting the entire flat, even though nothing like this was mentioned in the contract. They also charged me for reinstatement costs that were never disclosed to me. It feels like they exploit the deposit money, charging for things you aren’t aware of and never agreed to. The place is dirty, the communication is terrible, and the cost is way too high for what you get. Be cautious—this place takes advantage of the large deposit, and even if it seems like the only option, you’ll regret it when you leave because the charges will far exceed the deposit you paid. Stay away if you can! Run away. Of which they warned me and I went and stay there.

Honestly, only come here if you're super desperate, because you'll totally regret it. The security just open the gate for anyone who stands there, no questions asked or verification done. It feels like the whole place is run by some shady loan sharks or a gang the way they make us pay for everything and soon they’ll start wanting us to pay for actually breathing under their roof. When I first moved in, the "free" Wi-Fi didn't even work, and after complaining endlessly, I just started using my own wifi. Then, out of nowhere, I got fined for a noise complaint from a date when I was actually asleep, and no one even bothered to check or warn me about the “noise”. Plus, you can't even argue against these fines! To top it off, I found a new charge on my bill for the Wi-Fi that's never worked, and when I asked why, they said it was a fee because I paid the complaint fine late, and the provider charged them to switch the non-existent Wi-Fi on and off. Like, seriously, how do you get charged for something that's broken and never used, or switch something on and off that doesn't even function???

The Hell Of The Place Scam People my Girlfriend and I Used to stay there until we decided to move out they Want tus to pay for the following month And we refused then they blocking us to Go we Went to the police but didn't Help Also The Security Is Very Poor All Thanks To the EFF Members Helping us To Get Our things Out I recommend you if you looking for a place in Randburg dont go here Because you'll find your self stuck there cant get out

If you do not want headaches in your life with, do not I repeat do come to this property management and any of their buildings. Worse service ever, how do you cut a call with a customer then block their number. Even their messed up AI is not working well. Very quick to take your money though. If It's not accounting errors it's something. Even if you pay you must jump through hoops on fire. You can go live there but you will remember my words.
