Reasonable apartment. Very chilled individuals who mind their own business - there are those who don't obviously, but more good than bad. No fibre internet but very good LTE coverage on most cellphone providers. Laundry machines are trash and most units don't have washing machine plumbing - so you better have your affairs in order in this department. Swimming pool I decent. The complex is clean. Apparently not pets are allowed, but I have seen a dozen cats and heard some dog barks... 🤷🏾‍♂️ It's reasonable priced and most units are clean and have been converted to aluminium windows. Near oublic transport and access to most main routes.

I enjoy living here as it is in central to Cape Town, the beaches, lots of churches to attend and the wine routes. Also great place to go walking or running. I feel safe living here. I am happy... can you ask for 😀

Gated and secured apartment complex with compact apartments. Quiet and peaceful living. Friendly community. Tons of parking. Supermarket is a block away and the area is home to many green parks hence the name Groenvallei. Jump on the freeway for your daily commute in no more than 5 minutes .

I lived here for almost two years, and unfortunately, my experience was heavily affected by a neighbour named Lizelle in Unit 52. She frequently complained about noise and various other issues, to the point where several tenants eventually chose to move out. I have since moved out myself, but I would strongly recommend avoiding a unit directly next to or near Unit 52 if possible. In my experience, she would complain about almost everything and would even escalate matters to the body corporate. At times, I felt that some of the complaints were exaggerated or misrepresented. Overall, she made living there extremely stressful and, in my opinion, behaved like a bully towards other residents. Just be aware of this before choosing a unit in this complex
