The Paramount

I booked at the paramount and the apartment was so dirty. The carpets, couch and the shower was clogged. The apartment had a bad smell. If you don’t wanna be disappointed and embarrassed to host your guest save yourselves and NOT take unit 406. The owner claims that the carpets are cleaned weekly but if you refer from the pictures attached you will see that is not true. No refund is offered so you either deal with the dirty place or forfeit your money. If there was a 0 that’s what I would rate the place, I hope this helps the next person

My friends stayed there recently. One came from overseas. If I could give a minus 0 that would be generous. They took video footage. Clearly no one came to clean up the apartment from the previous people that stayed there. Human crap was on a towel on the balcony, dirty dishes and plates, cooking trays with juice of god knows what, permiated the whole place. You guys say that the checkout is at 10am, they arrived past 4. That is 6hrs. So people pay to sit in crap. They tried to call the person with the problem via booking.com and were eventually they spoke to a rude lady on the phone and she just abrasively put the phone down on them. I will screenshot this because I know this comment will get deleted. I will send this to booking.com.

Average Stay. No privacy as the shower in the room has no door The bathroom does not lock. This place has mismatched chairs in the room which are of poor quality. The guard checked us in because there was no one at reception. A note : The doors do not have a latch so if someone has a key they can bypass the thumb turn cylinder and get into the apartment .. In our room the dustbin was not emptied out as the ocean basket boxes were still in the dustbin. Kindly review the systems in place
