I applied in these apartments and I didn’t conclude anything or sign anything 4 months later I got a call saying that I have been staying there and my rent is short.. so agents here use people’s documents without permission that is fraud.. I want that person who staying there under my name removed before I take further action

Absolutely the worst complex by far. Security is poor we had a break in at our place tv was stolen and playstation over R15000 hard earned electronics gone due to their cheap material sliding doors installed with no burglar. If you renting landlord expects you to install. Water and lights over 2 thirds of your rental bill we average R4000 a month while rent was and R7600. No network have to stand outside to make calls. Management simply do not care
