Getting in and out of this estate is an absolute nightmare! Always long lines of cars all the way out onto the main road. If you plan on visiting, expect more than 20++ minutes on average to get in and another ridiculous, lengthy wait to exit. Guards do everything at snails pace and dont seem interested in being there!
The place looks very nice and the maintanance is high. However there are water and electricity outages that really affect our lives. It was better lately but right now we are around 24 hours without water! No idea when the water is coming back. No notice was given before it happened. You wake up in the morning and you simply don't have water. This is the most basic thing a person needs.
An easily accessible location from north and south. Close to schools, medical centers and malls. A very secure access system which gives you peace of mind. Upmarket finishes in apartments. Well maintained amenities pool, spa, laundromat, restaurant and bar. The food in the restaurant is delicious and they waiters are great. Service is applaudable.
Good luck having a visitor over, they will line up at the gate for 5 years before getting in. And there are still more units on the way, so only getting worse. Would also be nice if we had power and water, constantly account issues and water being turned off at night for the whole estate. Electricity, although out of the estates control, makes it a tough place to live with constant power cuts. Who doesn’t love getting home from work to traffic at the gate for 10 minutes. It’s just lovely to sit in more traffic after all the traffic.
The place looks stunning and stands are decent for the asking price. Love the lifestyle integration in the complex including gym, spa, green walks, restaurant and many more. Location is very close to many amenities and not far off to main roads to other places.
