The Quails, Paulshof

Recently bought an apartment at The Quails & oh boy, what a NIGHTMARE is has been dealing with Renprop!!! I have water seeping through my bedroom wall causing dampness as seen in the picture as well as water dripping from my ceiling light in the living room!! This comes from the balcony above my unit that clearly has a crack in the floor. I’ve raised numerous complaints to Renprop to fix the issues with LITTLE to ZERO support from them. As an owner, I Believe it’s the body corporate’s responsibility to fix faulty building materials. Another issue I have is the security guards calling me non stop for petty reasons, like a small cloth hanging on my balcony or low music playing in my apartment. What is this.. Boarding school or prison??!! Deeply disappointed in how things are managed at this complex.

A beautiful complex that I had the pleasure of house sitting in. Very functional apartments that are well designed with lovely finishes. Security are incredible and very helpful. They are ALWAYS a pleasure and extremely helpful while still being thorough and secure. Really lovely place with great facilities. Great place to live and if you’re on the right side of the complex dome great views too!

Have been renting at the Quails for over a year now. I really appreciate the no noise policy. If you host often or love loud music, this complex is not for you. Uber is not permitted in the complex but there is a delivery process which works perfectly. The security is strict but friendly which is amazing for safety. Phone signal is a bit of an issue but home wifi is a great solution! The Garden service is also top tier!
