The water bill is a nightmare on its own. This is not even a special individual case, but almost every single person in the building complains about extremely high water bills. That is not the worst part of this place. When you move out, despite cleaning before leaving - you will still get charged for cleaning. Any maintenance issue that you reported from the day you moved in, you will be expected to cover it. So do not expect your full deposit back. Security guards are extremely nice but are being fumbled by an access system that does not work. The app is not effective at all and despite complaints from residents, they still do not change it, so safety concerns are on a high. So do move in, at your own risk.

The apartments are beautiful BUT IT IS THE WORST PLACE TO STAY AT. Access is an issue. You’re expected to walk from the security gate to your unit whether it’s raining heavily or you’re injured, no one cares. The water bill is always extremely high even if you’re away for a long time nothing changes. The maintenance is the worst! They never attend to anything. I reported issues and they only came once and advised “they will come back later” and they never did.

Excellent security, clean environment, peaceful atmosphere, and well-managed facilities. A great place to live.

Still under construction. Great designs and plenty of communal areas with a club house. Should be completed by August 2020. More than 400 residential units are being build. Three floors with covert parking and plenty of open space. Acess close to Raslouw Engen from R55. Quiet area. Good link to Johannesburg and Pretoria.

The worst place to live in. Been here for 5months. The Stove stopped working, It’s been two weeks & no communication whatsoever from maintenance to fix it. I’m so inconvenienced. Living on takeouts for that long in this economy. Noticed molds on walls forming last month. Drainage is bad. Reported all this but no one is attending to my case.
