I wouldn't recommend the place to any sane person. The management is bad, they don't attend to any of the complaints. They will tell you the mould issue is your fault and at the time there isn't enough ventilation. It's been two months since I left the place but I haven't received my deposit in full. If I don't follow up, I don't get any assistance. Another issue... If it's not a water outage, it's electricity, or both at the same time. Again, the place is not well maintained. Let me end here

Very clean and easy access.

Nothing upmarket about this place, people sitting drinking and making excessive noise at night, poor maintenance, would not recommend at all.
