Lovely rental only units, free wifi included in rent through the ISP Clear Access. Club house is always immaculate.

I'm not a resident, I'm a swimming teacher in the complex. However, from what I can see, this complex is incredibly unique in some ways and the people who currently live here are actually wonderful people. If I could afford it, I'd be moving in lol

Looks aesthetically pleasing , horribly built. If the walls aren’t cracking the roof is leaking . Prepare for a flooded house after a storm. There’s better places to invest your money in . That’s why people are moving out every month.

I would advise prospective tenants to exercise caution before renting through HOUSS. I experienced ongoing and serious maintenance issues, including being without water for approximately three weeks due to a burst geyser, followed by electricity problems that resulted in periods without power. Despite these disruptions and the property being partially uninhabitable at times, I was still charged full rent. My experience has been extremely disappointing, as there appeared to be little consideration for tenant well-being, with the primary focus being on rent collection rather than resolving issues timeously. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
