Nothing beats quality of service and convenience. Thank you to Africrest team for providing the smoothest accommodation services. Furthermore major thanks to Bryan for making living so easy going and your kindness. Appreciated
The place is amazing, never experienced such quick maintenance response and assistance…Mr Bryan has been so helpful throughout my move in and is still promptly assisting, enjoying the fully equipped gym, Wi-Fi is great and overall amenities are perfect.
Clean and well-maintained apartments. The environment is peaceful and secure. Great place to stay
New apartments in Sunnighill, with state-of-the-art equipment, our gym is free for all residents, providing a convenient and cost-effective way to stay active and healthy.
+ Great value for money and a convenient location with easy access to the N1 and major shopping centres. + The shared spaces are well maintained, and the maintenance team is responsive and efficient. + The environment is generally quiet, with the no-minors policy contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. + The cost of living remains reasonable despite rising utility costs. +/- As someone who works from home part of the week, I find the Wi-Fi adequate, although there is room for improvement. - While communication could be enhanced in some areas, it does not detract from the overall quality of the property. * Overall, a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
