I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time renting here. The team has been supportive, responsive, and easy to deal with from day one. They’ve always been accommodating with my requests and have handled everything in a professional and respectful manner. It’s rare to find a management team that is this understanding and solution-oriented. I’m grateful for the positive experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a very disappointing experience already and all I've done is view the place! The manager, Daniella, is quite rude. From the start, her communication was unprofessional: messages lacked punctuation, contained incomplete sentences, and often left out key details, forcing me to ask the same questions repeatedly. This already signals to me that I can expect very poor service if I become a tenant. When I arrived for the scheduled viewing, I was left waiting 20 minutes without any prior communication from the team. To make matters worse, the agent who finally showed me around didn't even know which apartment I was there to see. On top of that, the pricing and information they gave me in person didn't match what Daniella had quoted me earlier. This inconsistency makes me question how reliable and trustworthy they are. Given that other reviews seem to echo similar concerns about the actual costs, I would be very cautious before renting from them. I also have serious concerns about privacy and security. During the viewing, the agent unlocked and showed me a room belonging to a tenant who hadn't yet moved out. While he mentioned they were preparing to leave, it still felt highly inappropriate to walk into someone's personal space without their explicit consent, especially with their belongings still there. On top of that, the common areas had a noticeable unpleasant smell, as the dustbins were overflowing.

I lived at The Solo for two years, and it was a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. The sense of community, well-maintained facilities, and convenient location made everyday living easy and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant long-term stay.

We spent good time at the solo apartment. Everything is ok and rooms and equipment is nice. And this area is safety also. The staff and the host are helpful. We will come back again next time!
