I have had such a pleasure staying at The Titan Apartments. I truly hope I will be able to come back. Amazing place, beautiful apartment and the thing I will miss the most are those amazing views. The staff are always willing to help you in anyway they can. Amazing security who became friends. Would most definitely recommend

Thank you so much!! I’ve had the privilege of calling The Titan home for the past two years, and I can honestly say it’s been a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt safe and secure, something that has remained consistent throughout my stay, as I’ve never encountered any issues with theft or personal safety. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. From the security team to the agents and maintenance staff, everyone plays a role in creating a welcoming and well-run environment. A special thank you to Bhuti Brighton, whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication never go unnoticed—your work ethic is inspiring. I also want to acknowledge Jaco for his warmth and honesty during his time here, Tatenda for always being so helpful and kind, and Lulu at the gym for bringing such positive energy. It’s also been a huge plus that maintenance is handled by people within the building, making service quick and efficient, and having the office right at reception ensures help is always close by. The facilities themselves are fantastic, spacious apartments with great lighting, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi that supports work, streaming, and gaming, a well-equipped and affordable gym, and a communal workspace for productivity. Africrest’s ongoing efforts to improve the property, including regular fumigations and consistent upkeep, are clear and appreciated. While tenant behavior can sometimes be a challenge, the security team does an excellent job managing noise and maintaining order. Overall, my time here has been nothing short of great, and I leave with gratitude for the comfort, convenience, and community I’ve experienced.

I recently graduated and was searching for a calm, clean, and peaceful place to start this new chapter of my life. The Titan felt like the perfect choice from my very first visit. I signed my lease and will be moving in on 1 August, and I honestly can't wait. The team has been amazing throughout the application process—friendly, patient, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. I really appreciate the quiet atmosphere, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm excited to finally move in and experience everything The Titan has to offer. I just want to say this building is beautiful. I have been there in the evenings and during the day and is just mesmerizing. The Maintenance team is great no time delay they assist you with any problem you have quickly. It is a great place with a gym next door no need to drive anywhere. Thank you Africrest Team for being just awesome...
