Welcoming lovely place with good service with a smile. Affordable and convenient right next to the shops and ranks, clinics ,police station and libraries. Thank you so much for the staff you having for good mantainance and friendly even when we angry sometimes. I Wouldn’t have moved if it was not my job that changed me to another place.
Its currently 3am and i can’t sleep because the girls of the night at the club next door are screaming and fighting, its loud and quite honestly feels unsafe.There is a man from that other nationality calling them all sorts of names. I am unable to sleep,its been an hr now. I wish they would’ve told me about this as a disclaimer before moving in. Update;My side mirror on my car was damaged by someone. When i went to ask them about it they checked their cameras only to find the footage to have been conveniently not there. I then told them whats the way forward then they said their lease is saying we park here at our own risk so they wont do jack about it. I hate this place i need my lease to end now.
I’ve never written a review for places I’ve lived in. But this place is so horrible that I hope whoever reads this will be saved from the troubles of living in this place. I would never over my dead body recommend this place to anyone. - The service is very bad. - The Landlord or caretaker doesn’t live in the building. - You can bring in anything you want anytime, TV or Microwave or whatever. But you can’t take out anything anytime you want. - When their security sees you holding an appliance that you taking out either on foot or in your car, they won’t open the gate for you. They will say “Uyabaleka”. Yoh running from what? Guys don’t leave here. Save yourself the time and trouble. Choose peace. Don’t live here
Just wanna thank Cleo for his hard work, his communication skills and love for tenants . You deserve to be a building manager and also the yard always clean 👌🏽 but I ended up paying R8000 didn’t make sense to me so I left .
The WORST place you can ever stay in. You'll share your apartment with cockroaches. The staff is so unprofessional, the caretaker is worse. Rent goes up every month, when you inquire the explanations don't make sense. Also Be ready to fight when it's time to move out, they'll stick ridiculous things to your bill. Forget the deposit, they'll tell you cleaning alone is R3300 before adding other things just so you don't get it back. RUN
