The View, Dainfern

Lived here for a few years. Safe place. Not very noisy. Very chilled. There are quite a number of kids, if you have kids - your child won't be lonely.

Quite. Serene. Mall is a walking distance. Security roam around the place for safety.

Very neat and safe estate. Security is good at the gate, amazing road inside the estate and outside. The only negative is the size of the pool, it’s too small for such a huge place, plus it’s locked which I’ve never seen in estates.

The View is perfectly situated in Dainfern close to Various Shopping Centres and good value for money. 1. Small swimming pool for such a huge estate. The swimming pool areas very limited. 2. Maintenance is good, however it took very long due to massive damp problem. Seems to be resolved now. 3. Noise levels sometimes too high. 4. Security is good and efficient 5. There is a clubhouse but should be much better managed. Should open it again and provide good entertainment. 6. Common areas are clean.

Our stay was really great. The place is spacious, clean, the WiFi is strong and security is tight. It’s close to Fourways mall and Dainfern square. The area around is beautiful and safe. Would definitely recommend, however I did note that the carpet in the bedroom needs some deep cleaning and the shower towels needs to be changed.
