The Wedge

I can't recommend staying at the The Wedge to anyone. My previous rating was deleted — reposting so others aren’t misled: Cons: * The body corporate is artificially increasing the prepaid electricity tariffs * More power outages than loadshedding, that Only affect The Wedge * Issues with no water * Issues with the fiber provider at complex * Cell reception in the area is really bad * The front gate struggles with signal, so you miss deliveries as they can't dial you * Noisy dogs barking and howling that starts at 5am and continues throughout the day, making working from home a nightmare * Low walls, so neighbours dog jumps into your yard * Boundary walls are falling apart, even weeds are growing in the walls * Puncture inducing gravel sinkhole roads * Security: a Car was stolen from inside the complex a few months ago. Also power cables keep being stolen and nobody ever sees anything, leaving The Wedge without power for DAYS at a time. * Rats, termites, and wasps are a few of the guests you can expect at The Wedge
