A very lovely building with nice apartments, but the noise from the train will wake you up when you are fast asleep

Very nice development in reach of airport and UCT and Grootte Schuur: good security and small group of apartments with no problems: roof facility is fantastic swimming pool gym and braai with view
Classy flagship development by Rawsons...in Observatory, close to Groote Schuur hospital. apartments are beautifully finished, with amazing attention to detail... awesome community facilities on the roof, with a view to die for... sold out as far as I know, but rentals are available!
Amazing views of Devil's Peak, spacious roof and high quality finishes. Super cool facial recognition system for entering the building with a very friendly and helpful security team.
Avoid The Westwood at all costs Living here has been a nightmare. The body corporate is deeply in debt and the management of funds is shockingly poor. Instead of resolving issues, they simply pass the burden onto residents by charging double levies because they owe the municipality money. Basic amenities are unreliable — the central water heating system is often faulty, the lifts can be out of order for months at a time, and the overall maintenance of the building is neglected. Drainage issues are a constant problem, and requests for repairs or improvements are mostly ignored. The combination of mismanagement, extra charges, and lack of upkeep makes this apartment block a very poor investment
