Beautiful estate and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the location is problematic. This part of Midrand frequently experiences electricity and water outages. The complex is reportedly working on alternative solutions, but currently, we’ve been without water for almost two weeks. Until these issues are fully resolved, I wouldn’t recommend moving here—it’s just not worth it.

They are working on adding back up water to the estate. The problem is the estate manager has cut off water supply from 8 pm for residents in the higher floor. We will not have water for 3 whole nights. 9 hours of no water for 3 days is 27 hours. This water supply will more than likely last 1 whole day during water outages. This is spoliation, they should not be allowed to cut the water. Courtney Johnson only sent out this notification at 4pm, they cut the water at 8. Completed disregard for all residents. If you complain to courtney, she will say "too bad".

Great apartment blocks in a gated community with 24-hour security. There are new apartment blocks that are presently under construction on the vacant land. A newly built kindergarten was recently opened, with a second, bottom gate for easy access to the facility. My overall take is that these apartments are ideal for young people who have just started working and have no family responsibilities.
