​Unmanageable noise levels and unresponsive management. Living here has been a nightmare for anyone who needs a quiet environment. During the week, there is constant noise from leaf blowers, lawnmowers, and maintenance workers shouting right outside the windows. On weekends, it doesn't get any better with loud parties and screaming children in common areas. ​It is nearly impossible to work from home or take professional meetings here. Despite multiple complaints and involving the Body Corporate, absolutely nothing has changed. There is no enforcement of noise rules. I am moving out as soon as possible. If you value peace and quiet, look elsewhere.

Investment Risk: Quality and Safety Concerns Honestly, I’ve tried to ignore the ongoing disturbances, but it’s becoming difficult. I’ve been startled awake more than once by loud shouting well past midnight, which is unacceptable. There’s been a clear decline in the environment. From what I’ve observed, there’s frequent late-night activity and behaviour that suggests people may be under the influence, which makes the area feel unsafe. You can also tell a lot about a place from the people around you, and that shift has been noticeable. This used to be a decent place to live, but that’s no longer the case. The standard has dropped significantly, and it no longer offers the value or comfort it once did.

The apartment complex itself is adequate; however, the persistent noise levels present a significant challenge, particularly for residents who work from home. Morning disturbances begin as early as 6:00–7:00 AM, ranging from residents departing for work with loud music playing from their vehicles to landscaping crews operating blowers, cutters, and communicating loudly. It is my understanding that maintenance work should not commence before 9:00 AM, yet this guideline does not appear to be enforced. Late-night disruptions are equally problematic, with residents returning from social outings at approximately 2:00 AM playing loud music and speaking at excessive volumes. For those of us who work remotely, this environment makes it extremely difficult to maintain a productive schedule or get adequate rest. I have raised this concern with management on multiple occasions. While conditions briefly improve following each complaint, the issues consistently resurface shortly thereafter. The lack of sustained action suggests that resident quality-of-life concerns are not being treated as a priority. I would strongly encourage management to establish and consistently enforce noise policies, particularly regarding early-morning maintenance schedules and late-night disturbances.

Great complex. Just wish there was a better entry system in terms of the queues, one gate for an estate of this many people causes problems.

No lift to upper apartments. Noisy guests are not cautioned hence leaving u with no peace n quite during my stay. No wheel chair excess or provisions for the elder especially if u going for a holiday.
