The management is the worst. Drains don’t work, water is expensive,electricity. No security systems in place. Don’t fall for the one month rent free.

It's okay, but the agency is too bad. They should be replaced, maybe it's their property that's why they are too bad, no services. You will swim if you have water linkage. WATER -R500 although you are on holidays.
