Got a place to stay while we didn't knew they were raising money with our deposit. We paid our rent well December they charge us R8600 and we paid and later 7th of January charge us R9500 and send my husband an email that they are not renewing our lease without a touchable reason. Still we decided to leave as they say later on the said we owe the rent of February while we left R11000 so the took our deposit. In this place you don't get your deposit. You pay for plants electric fence all this is hidden. My children and I we were black family we were stopped to stay in the balcony. My children were traumatized until I left. This people made our January 2026 hell. We had to go into debts because of ceasing our deposit. But God sheltered us. Even now I didn't receive my deposit they say we owe but we pait 5 months rent except February because they kicked us out. People in power they can destroy you. If you are black family don't try being there
