TMM Lofts

quite a beautiful building however the best thing for any student seeking accommodation is to not look in the direction of tmm. extremely horrible experience and you will lose your mind, from the extremely poor service delivery, where you constantly find your school work being disrupted from the horrible wifi, to the constant water outages. there is absolutely no sense of student life and you’re basically in prison and treated like objects in a cage with minimal freedom. extremely unreasonable rules. the biggest thing that is bound to drive you crazy is the appalling management. extremely rude people who lack people skills and if you encounter any issues chances are extremely low of receiving adequate assistance. you have to fight and threaten them so they can take you seriously. so to sum it all up let this place be THE VERY LAST option for you, fight tooth and nail to stay anywhere else besides this place.

Horrible! Don't come to this place even if you are desperate!. The building is poorly constructed as it doesn't take into account the loud unbearable echo that gets into the rooms, which clearly shows they only cared about maximizing rooms for profit. Small beds, rude management, especially Tsholofelo. Don't fall for their advertisements on social media, it's trash!!

TMM lofts is an awful accommodation. The management is rude and incompetent.They also take their own time to refund ones money. Even after a year , you will find yourself sending a countless amount of emails asking them for your money.they suck at communication and they will ignore your emails and answer when they feel like it. Despite them taking long to respond to emails , they are disrespectful in their response. They treat you as if you don’t pay rent. The management even speaks in a disgusting tone to parents and whoever is in charge of TMM clearly doesn’t care about the wellbeing of their residents because there has been many complaints about their management team and they still refuse to change them. Even if you send an email, they will never respond and if you call and inquire about the email, they reprimand you to send another one that they WILL NOT respond to it. Whoever who came up with the idea of TMM Lofts clearly is a horrible person just like her staff.

The WORST res ever, they don't pay your refunds back and the management is so rude. Insane rules for young adults it's like a prison in this place, no social life nothing

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff at the reception specifically Tsholofelo and Koketso are so rude, and they have 0 interpersonal skills. You will go to the basement with a complaint and they will not even look your way. Water , electricity and Wi-Fi issues all the time. Especially the Wi-Fi EVEN during exam time. Being a student you will end up having to buy your own data or go to campus or miss assignment deadlines. They will block your Wi-Fi, switch off your electricity in your unit, block your fingerprint and not let you exit the building. I had to end up calling UP security and the police to help me. No wonder their rooms are all empty, many students have complained about this place, and if you honestly want a nice place to stay at pick any other accommodation in Hatfield but this one. If I could, I would rate this -100. I regret ever coming to this place.
