Wonderful ❤️ place to live. Modern apartment, quite to raise a family.

No washing line No DSTV connection port No visitor parking inside Low internet speed earea I’m so disappointed ☹️

The place is nice & quite for family. There's a lot for kidz to enjoy themselves in the nearby Haasendal Gables Shopping Center, which less than 10 min walk from the complex. I recommend this place to any one who seek the peace of mind & a very beautiful, relaxed neighborhood.

No Washing lines You never ever get your deposit in full they will squeeze you of with what smallest thing. Windows let in cold air in winter. Safe and secured

It is a very private quiet complex. Cats are allowed at the owner's discretion. The Simonsberg complex accross the road is a bit noisier as it is a residence for UWC students. There is a open grass area with a jungle gym for kids to play. Secure with 24 hour security, so much so, many sleep with open windows. Only negative was with the first storm, it literally rained inside my ground unit. This has been reported and not sure how far the body corporate is with the repairs on the roof. Waiting on the next big storm to see if it was resolved.
