Tradewinds Apartments - Randburg.

We are basically fighting having load shedding plus no water at the moment... if you need anything fixed at your apartment it takes them 1 month to respond. Also the electricity is extremely expensive, I stay alone: dont have a washing machine nor do I cook on a daily yet I pay +1k for W&L... Yoh I'm moving out I cant

Your agents from IHSPM are the most incompetent agents I have ever met. They lack basic communication and customer relation skills. They make the apartment application process so tormenting! would not recommend using them at ALL. Its a NO NO !

I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here due to high electricity service, which they don’t alert you about upon moving in. R14,40 daily service charge, R18 sms notification for each and every notification, R11 off when you recharge. You haven’t used the electricity but you have these amounts piling. Whether or not you’re home you have to make sure you have electricity due to the daily service charge they take. If not, the sms notifications will come and by the time you recharge you’re first paying off all these charges before having to even use the electricity. It’s absurd 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I wish I could add a -10000000 star cause these people are terrible at their job. Communication skills -0. They make you basically beg for a apartment. Application process takes a whole month and I haven’t even been approved. IHS, train your employees cause they don’t know how to be real estate agents. It’s like talking to a 2 year old. If anyone wants to live at Tradewinds apartments or any IHS apartment don’t go, before your hair starts falling off. Just know it will be hell. Once again TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place is kept clean at all times. However the standard one bedroom is way too small. For the first month I couldn’t sleep due to the noise from cars driving on Republic road but I got used to it. Only stayed here for a year because they changed electricity meters from prepaid and started charging tenants ridiculous amounts for water and electricity. Also the estate agent does not put your deposit in an interest bearing account for when you move out
