this one star is not worth giving, the body corporate is useless only interested in looking for pathetic reasons to fine people, has gone downhill from four years ago to now as there are only two individuals on the body corporate, i feel sorry for the people that have bought in this complex as with the management it is under now your property is not an investment, not a child friendly nor a pet friendly or normal person friendly complex, more like an old age home you are watched like big brother instead of them watching over the complex and keeping the complex maintained.

The place is good but garden is the problem. Backyards not attended by the groundsman. I wish there could be someone who has love for garden
I have lived here for 18 years, and love it still. We have excellent security, which is high on my list of priorities. My favourite part is my loft right next to my huge balcony. Neighbours ( owners) are friendly and mostly considerate . We've had issues with absolutely horrific tenants, but the trustees helped by using fines, or even evictions, which really made me have faith in my decision to stay.
Terrible complex to live in! Trustees behave like they own the place and do not communicate with either the home owners or tenants. The trustees are ever so quick to issue fines over every little thing. I've had cats run into my home on numerous occasions. We've been told that we're too noisy (and we aren't loud) We've been told that our car is too loud (It's a Polo GTI) The list is endless. Definitely was not a good investment at all!
A well secured residential place with day and night security parking inside with units upto 64 having a house there is a +1 to a level of peace
