Well maintained, small pool and squash court that needs a bit attention

Clean quiet etstate with a beautiful open space for kids to play and their pool is always clean

Such an amazing complex for residential, is quite and close to a lot of amenities

Old furniture, doesn't seem like owners/agents are interested in adding new furniture, electricity will give you a problem so always opt for prepaid. You can't really host anything as the caretaker always complains about noise, even thou there is a braai area where you can chill, you still have to sit in silence. It's nice cause it's convenient, close to major routes and there's shops all around.

A lot to be desired for when it come to property maintenance and management because this complex is slowly deteriorating. Area located feels fairly safe
