This is a comfortable place to live in. Some apartments have a beautiful view. Generally peaceful

Posting this because we lived there. The body corporate and the agents/trustees tend to give out fines like its a charity for minor offences.and never adress the real concerns.. like the broken elivators that get stuck while you are in them sometimes.. imagen living on the top floor and having to walk all the way down to get to you car There is NEVER and i cannot stress this it any more, any cellular signal in the area for some reason although you have direct line of sight to the towers or 2 bars, its intermittent and occasionally works. Fiber is an option but you have to pay a royalty to use. Entry to the complex is always troublesome as the phone to gate service is touchy at best and i often had to ask the security to open the gate for vehicle access. The WATER PIPES tent to burst every other week leaving you without water for basically halve a day .. and weekends are a nightmare.. All and all come and visit or stay at the Luxurious tuscan ville where all your frustrations will be met. One way or another

Not too sure about the negative reviews . This place is well kept and freshly painted. New body corporate effective from 2024 and the place is well managed . I have two apartments here . Solid investment.
