Located in the suburb Elandspark. This area is centrally located. On the bus route. Close to all amenities. A great place to live.

The complex is very clean, quiet, and well mentioned. Loadshedding to my expectations should not be experienced in such a complex. At times, there is no water for extended times, and this poses a difficulty, especially the suige system. The complex does not have a swimming pool nor clubhouse. Unfortunately, this is a disadvantage when it comes to kids I think, even an internal playground could have been a plus for young families. It would definitely encourage kids to play outside instead of sitting in front of screens.
