Tuscany Manor 1 is a well-kept residential estate. The Manor has a security guard at the entrance that ensures that all vehicles that pass through the boom gate have a valid reason to be there. The Manor has ample parking for guests. A swimming pool offers a bit of relief for those hot Johannesburg summer days, and a lush green lawn to sunbathe on finishes the look. The Estate is situated in a busy street but close the shopping centres.
