Tyger Quays

Best complex to live in at beautiful Tyger Waterfront by far. Peaceful, beautiful and very convenient as it is close all amenities (gym, restaurants, mall, etc.) one needs.

Absolutely love the apartment. The safety and security is great, neighbours are lovely and the peace and quiet is truly amazing!

Arguably the best block in Tyger Waterfront. The building itself is fairly upmarket and well-constructed. Most apartments are north facing with views over the lake.

I lived in this building for a year.. Although the location was great and the facilities beautiful the management was appalling. upon moving in we had to pay a registration fee for adding us to the fingerprint system which they told us would change in a few months but reassured us that we wouldn’t have to pay extra for this.. turns out they were lying and we were forced to pay for another update to the system despite just moving in recently. They hardly ever had the pool properly cleaned for usage even during summer there was a long wait for them till the pool was actually swim able. They also never offered any facilities for you to hang your clothes to dry which I found inconvenient as we live in Cape Town where the humidity is high and your not allowed to hang them outside on the balcony which is understandable hence the reason why they should offer hanging facilities. (Just as many apartment blocks do) The way they spend money is also illogical…They set up facial recognition for access to the building even though the fingerprint was working perfectly fine…They didn’t even have lights that worked during load shedding so that people could see where they are walking… I know personally that some of these 5 star reviews are from management themselves…

Tyger Quays is the premier and most sought-after block within the greater Tyger Waterfront area.
