Well managed complex. Neat, clean and tidy. Access controlled with two security guards 24 hours. Spacious play area. Located on a main road and easy access to main freeways - R21 and N1. 5 creches, four primary schools and high schools withing 3 kilometres radius. Close to shopping complexes and malls.
