It has wifi problems Most of the stoves don't work Most of the boilers don't work The showers are flooded with water Most of the time, the washing machine and dryers don't work

Unibell 1A Res., is a nice place to be, it's clean, secure and strategically located. I love the environment and the staffs working here.

It's a great first year residence for UWC students. Just outside the school. Nice rooms just small to be shared by 2 people since most are double rooms. I don't think it is situated well for students cause just outside the place there are military veterans residing by and they're always drinking, every week from Friday to Sunday, a lot of noise and most students go there to drink and have what they call "fun". It's good for vibes just not for students.
