Great residence for the first years. It's safe and clean
From maintenance to Safety, it's just terrible. Requests are not being responded to when complaining to them. Do not recommend it at all
I reside here, the place is wonderful, just that the area isn't safe. Almost every weekend students get mugged by the people pretending to be beggars.
Unibell has all you'll need, especially if you're in the first year. Microwave, fridge, stoves, desk, chair, storage every semester for up to six months, laundry rooms with washers and dryers and also washing lines outside, study rooms near the kitchens, tables to sit and eat, a tv and sofas; there a boilers especially in replacement for a kettle, there are pool tables to play with and 24/7 security. There's also a parking lot for those that will come with cars. Visitors like any res can come from 8am to 11pm. It's a 5-minute walking distance to campus and Erica Square, and be very vigilant at night when walking. There's also a cleaning staff that comes every day besides weekends sometimes on Saturdays. They clean common areas like the bathrooms and kitchens and laundry rooms and the passage. Those I'm apartments use keys for their rooms, but the main door needs your student card. They have their own mini kitchen and TV room it's much nicer there because if someone makes a mess, it's easy to find the culprit. The downside is that my experience wasn't good because of some of the res mates. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms sometimes would be a mess that is unbearable and also the double rooms are quite small compared to those on campus, and even if you clean up your side, seeing that there's only on entrance the one that stays by the door barely has privacy or a clean space. You'll be in each other's faces. That was Unibell 3 for me.
