The service here at Germiston live easy apartment is very very poor.. I have already paid rent.. there is certain things needs to be fixed.no water..walls need's paintings.. cracked tiles ect.i go there every day to check my room. nothing is been fixed I don't know what to do know because where I'm currently staying.thy r kicking me out.. MANAGEMENT PLEASE INTERVIN
I had contacted the numbers on the email I received after I went on the website to enquire about the unit to view. I had spoken to someone by the name of Peace. The website reads affordable units R1900 or R2300. Wen I asked him over Whatsapp chat , first he said there's only 1 unit left the price he gave me R2700 excluding utilities. I told him they are misinforming the public by advertising for R1900 or R2300 and I was to lay a complaint at the office , he writes a message and delets it and writes " Good luck" . he dont even have pictures to share with clients we need to know if it is wat we see on the website or like the price we see on the website it's not really that. He was really unhelpful. This is not how we need to b treated. Does he realise the money we pay for rent is paying his wages. I'm very dissatisfied with this entire issue. I would like management of LIVE EASY TO CONTACT ME.
