Peaceful, clean, good security. I have not experienced any issues.

Place was beutiful we loved it

Estate claims to have a borehole as water supply reserve, but it takes it two whole days to fill the tanks! Poor estate management!

Very high class,high security,clean, organized apartments,,only down thing is there are no lifts but that's also good for exercise

I lived here for 4 years and let me just say that my rating is not a reflection on the managers or body corporate but mostly the people this is 100% a party complex especially the last two years. This is not a family complex loud music, loud speaking and screaming, reffing of cars all in the midnight morning hours and im not sure if our unit was just to far from the security to hear but the last 2 years was absolutely terrible. We have a baby and getting her to sleep is a challenge enough without all the noises the Airbnb people and or Party people make in the morning hours. We eventually sold our place just to get out and i dont think Ventura will see me again. If your young, single or newly married this place is great but if you have kids either get a unit close to security or keep looking do not take a unit at the back. If there is one thing i can add about management they hardly reply on the app so you either forget or fix things yourself. Thats one thing the management team can get better at.
