Beautiful well maintained with excellent security. Only reason is that there is not enough visitors parking

Friend lives there. Always clean place. Probably has own politics. This is South Africa and nothing is ever just what it seems, so yes. My view.

The decline to parking is too steep. Once inside, you MUST drive on the right-hand lane. Views from the units are wonderful and beam with trees, plants, a big variety of birds and lizards.

The complex is beautiful and well-maintained. The apartment I reside in is beautiful with ample natural lighting and simple but breathtaking views. There is however an issue of an elderly gentleman who has recently been a nuisance (I am not sure if he is the caretaker or what), the worst instance was recently as I have been on festive break for about 3 and a half weeks so I went home to visit my family and the day after I got back the night before, he knocks on my door saying that there are cigarette stompies over my balcony, I let him know that I do not smoke cigarettes and he should ask the upstairs neighbours, and he has the nerve to insist that it has to be "you people."

Very well kept apartment complex of about 60 units, with security and a large solar plant that provides residents with power. Units have lock-up garages and there is extra covered parking available from the body corporate
