This place is unbearably noisy. I would not recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable place to live.

Would have gained more stars, innocent though, this street gets loadshedding from two areas as it lies on the transition boarder. Power is Off here more often than not. Frequent water issues. Guards are very helpful and polite, usually helps with noise complaints.

Complex is secure and great, security are always friendly and helpful, the clubhouse and braai area at the clubhouse is quite run down though, the people in the complex are friendly, but there are a few problem tenants who never get attended to by body corporate, security intervene on the regular (almost weekly) but nothing gets done further than that and it is a never ending cycle. Constant water issues as well.
