Nice place!

Small complex of 18 one bedroom and 18 two bedroom units.

Mmmm, city power & safety mmmm, very quiet place

I stayed here for 2 years. They request double deposit (who knows why) and now that I moved out, Adrian the supposed middleman landlord is unable to pay me back, breaching contract. Pros: Medium large living areas. Cons: Why you won't sleep: Gunshots, constant whining old pipes that will keep you up all night. They tried multiple times to fix the pipes and it was an utter failure. If you stay on the bottom units you will not rest or be able to work from home due to the thin walls and floors. Power: Once had a blackout for 3 days then 2 days power (with loadshedding) and then another 3 days of blackout. They have a WhatsApp group where they accuse children for stealing food. The gate has a phone system installed and due to bad signal (and loadshedding) the gate had to go onto manual mode. Pay the right amount of money back Adrian!!!
