You can get better sleep at a full taxi rank. Noise levels are just painful. If it's not loud security then it's loud neighbors or they let the alarm go off for more than 45min absolutely no care you will pay 15k or more just to not sleep, it's not luxury at all, expensive but it's like a township.

The apartment 711 Upon arrival I couldn't find any parking! When I entered the front door, there was no one at the front desk and no one close by was willing to help with my check-in. The hall ways to all the rooms are actually scary and dull. I was very uncomfortable with the colorless and lifeless passageways. The Apartment 711 Was basic as promised and the building was very clean. But was not happy to see that there was a broken table ornament crammed into the cupboard instead of taken being away. I also found that the shelves were broken as I put my handbag down and the shelves collapsed. Soon after, I found that the soap dispenser in the shower was also broken.. And the bedside lamp was not working. Also there were no SMEG related kitchen brands as shown in the images on the website. Upside it's clean and close to the V&A waterfront, aswell as good security. I wouldnt recommend this accommodation for holiday purposes. But a good basic safe room when spending a night in the city.

To be honest I did not enjoy my experience here, I stayed for 1 night and came home this morning. Firstly the place I booked as shown on Bookings.com was not the place I got, it was a total different vibe and structure. There were cockroaches as well in the kitchen and bathroom, and the fact that there were no plus to put the tv on nor was there ways to charge our phones as we were working as well but couldn’t complete any work due to no two point plugs or anything, no sugar or coffee were in no tins and I definitely would not comeback there again as I really did not enjoy my experience nor was the place up what it was shown

We had a great family stay at VDC! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Terrible check in experience. Had to wait 30 min as the check in person wasn't on the job. Rooms are not clean. Light fittings were literally hanging off the wall. Terrible smell of fast food restaurant oil wafted into the apartment all night. The sliding doors for fresh air were almost unusable as there had been no maintenance for years so it seems. The cabinets were clearly water damaged and left to rot. Avoid this place.
