Vierbergen Complex

I live around the corner and the rubbish 🗑 bin out side is a concern because the people that walk pass must walk in the road while the people is scratch in the bins while using pavement as a dumb yard why not do as wilgerpark that the bin people fetch inside and make it a cleaner and saver that walk past

This could be turned into a 5 star complex but small things are missing The security opens for everyone residents and non residents which becomes unsafe for the residents if the security have no control to start with .I would like to belive that each and everyone has a cell number to the gate but surprisingly it not put into use because everyone is allowed access inside.if the management could implement a rule whereby every resident opens for themselves unless they ask and severe questioning and screening of non residents even to an extend of asking them to contact the person they are going to to come get them. If that is looked into vierbergen can be the best place to be Quite Clean and well organized

I absolutely love this Estate. The grounds are managed very well. Service is excellent. I feel safe and secure here. It's been managed very well. 👍

Lovely complex, safe and secure. Security 24/7 and patrols in the evenings. Unfortunately you cannot review an entire complex on one bad experience with an owner or neighbor as some do in the other comments. I definitely recommend this place.
